They just don't make it past the fridge and into my mouth! I have always wanted to make a cherry jam, maybe this time I'll show some resistance and put some aside for this recipe. Thanks! And a especially big thanks to you for the insight into our gelato issue. We'll certainly try th xanthum gum next tiime!
