Sounds nice Schweitz! I almost posted my real favorite for the Ballyhoo, but couldn't hook up the hot chili peppers I wanted, so went with another. I think mine stems from a bad incident with absinthe. I can just about tolerate fennel if it's roasted but no further!<br/>I agree that cheese on this burger would be pointless!
